		ESPN STAR Sports Charity Event Members of the ESPN STAR Sports (ESS) football broadcasting team will visit Laguna Phuket to participate in a charity golf tournament and dinner to support a Laguna Phuket CSR initiative. 		Summer Family Festival @ Laguna Phuket Laguna Phuket has conjured up an array of family entertainment and activities to be enjoyed at the destination resort this summer from mid December 2009 to March 2010. 		Ironman 70.3 Asia Pacific Championship Ironman is triathlon’s marquee challenge and the world’s most captivating and testing single day endurance test consisting of a 3.8km swim, a 180km cycle and a 42.2km run. Ironman has been a respected name in triathlon since its inception 31 years ago and is regarded as the pinnacle of the sport. Each year, more than 90,000 athletes from across the globe compete for slots at the prestigious Ford Ironman World Championships held every October in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. 		Laguna Phuket International Marathon The date for the fifth Laguna Phuket International Marathon is June 2010, with the exact day to be announced shortly. 		Laguna Phuket Triathlon Southeast Asia’s premier multi-sport event, the Laguna Phuket Triathlon is now in its 17th year. This internationally renowned event, known as the 'Race of Legends' comprises a 1.8k swim, 55k cycle and 12k run.
