Check in: Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Valuables: The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuable of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Special
Consideration:		 Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. A 50% cancellation fee is imposed for any cancellation made less than 4 hours before treatment time. A full charge will be imposed for a 'no-show'.
Payment: For non-resident hotel guests, payment is required prior to the treatment.
Refund Policy: Treatment packages and spa membership are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Internet Bookings: Advance Internet bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
